Salmon Kamameshi

Just to mix rice with the retort packed ingredients and soup for preparation!
You can easily cook Kamameshi with a microwave oven.

Salmon Kamameshi

Ingredlents(1 serving)
  1. Salmon Kamameshi...1 set
  2. Salmon...1/2-1 piece

*Optional toppings

  • Shimmered vegetables (Shiitake mushroom, carrot)
  • Boiled Nanohana(Rape flowers)
  • Gingko nut
Directions
  1. Rinse the ceramic pot with water and put rice and all the contents of retort pack into it. Mix well.
  2. Align and place the lid onto the pot. Microwave on high (500W) for 10-12 min.
  3. Allow rice for 3 min. to settle. Decorate with grilled salmon or other toppings.

Scallop Kamameshi

  2. Scallop...2-3 pieces
